Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót wchodzących w zakres Kontraktu W-1/R Modernizacja ujęcia wody gruntowej Mała Nieszawka, zgodnie z Warunkami Kontraktowymi dla Budowy dla robót inżynieryjno - budowlanych projektowanych przez Zamawiającego, czwarte wydanie angielsko - polskie niezmienione 2008, tłumaczenie pierwszego angielskiego oryginału wydanego w 1999 roku przez Międzynarodową Federację Inżynierów - Konsultantów (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs - Conseils - FIDIC), w tym w szczególności: A. Robót dotyczących studni 2b/B, 13b/B, 3c/A, 4c/A, 5b/A obejmujących: a) dostawę i montaż pomp w studniach wraz z rurą wznośną, głowicą studni, osprzętem technologicznym i obudową, b) utwardzenia terenu pod obudowę każdej studni oraz utwardzenia terenu dla potrzeb pojazdów obsługujących studnie, c) wykonanie ogrodzenia każdej studni, d) wykonanie przyłączy wodociągowych dla każdej studni, e) wykonanie instalacji energetycznej zasilającej projektowane studnie, f) wykonanie zewnętrznych kabli zasilających i sterowniczych, B. Robót dotyczących studni 1/C, 2/C, 3/C, 4/C, 5/C obejmujących: a) dostawę i montaż pomp w studniach wraz z rurą wznośną, głowicą studni, osprzętem technologicznym i obudową, b) utwardzenia terenu pod obudowę każdej studni oraz utwardzenia terenu dla potrzeb pojazdów obsługujących studnie, c) wykonanie ogrodzenia każdej studni, d) wykonanie przyłączy wodociągowych dla każdej studni, e) wykonanie instalacji energetycznej zasilającej projektowane studnie, f) wykonanie zewnętrznych kabli zasilających i sterowniczych oraz projektowanej stacji transformatorowej, g) przebudowa studni odpowietrzającej przy studni 3/C. C. Budowy przewodu wody surowej na terenie UW Mała Nieszawka obejmujących: a) wykonanie przewodu wody surowej z rur z PE100 o ciśnieniu nominalnym PN16 długości ok. 2849m, b) wykonanie węzłów z armatury i kształtek z żeliwa sferoidalnego kołnierzowego dla PN 16, c) wykonanie studni odpowietrzających oraz odwadniających, d) wykonanie studni pomiarowych z kręgów żelbetowych oraz przepływomierzy, e) przebudowę istniejącej kanalizacji deszczowej na terenie SUW. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia przedstawiony został w Załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej także: SWZ) - Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej także: OPZ) wraz z jego integralnymi częściami w postaci dokumentacji projektowej.
