Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania: Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 536 w zakresie budowy skrzyżowania bezkolizyjnego z linią kolejową nr 9 w Iławie. Przedmiotowa inwestycja zlokalizowana jest w granicach administracyjnych województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego, w powiecie iławskim, na obszarze miasta Iławy. W ramach inwestycji w wybudowany zostanie tunel drogowy w celu zapewnienia bezkolizyjnej i bezpiecznej przeprawy pod obszarem linii kolejowej. W związku z koniecznością budowy dojazdów do tunelu w murach oporowych i konieczności obniżenia niwelety drogi wojewódzkiej nr 536 poniżej poziomu terenu na znacznym odcinku. Dokładny zakres robót i docelowe parametry techniczne obiektów budowlanych zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją projektową. Dokumentacja uzyskała decyzję o zezwoleniu na realizację inwestycji drogowej, która 13.12.2025 r. stała się ostateczna. Decyzję udostępniono w dokumentacji przetargowej niniejszego postępowania. W przypadku konieczności wymiany gruntów nienośnych ich rozliczenie nastąpi na podstawie pozycji kosztorysowych dot. wykonania wykopów wraz z odwozem oraz wykonania nasypów z gruntu pozyskanego z dokopu. Zamawiający wymaga realizacji robót budowlanych z uwzględnieniem kamieni milowych. Wymagana Minimalna Ilość Wykonania (Kamień Milowy) stanowi: UWAGA: Kamień Milowy - wykonanie w terminie 7 miesięcy od daty Rozpoczęcia - nie wliczając okresu zimowego od 15 grudnia do 15 marca - i zaakceptowane, zgodnie z SWK - Subklauzula 8.13 (Wymagana Minimalna Ilość Wykonania ), Roboty o wartość nie mniejszej niż 15% Zaakceptowanej kwoty Kontraktowej, z wyłączeniem Kosztów Ogólnych. Zamawiający nie wyklucza możliwości wystąpienia odpadów mogących zostać zakwalifikowane jako odpady niebezpieczne np. materiały rozbiórkowe przekraczające dopuszczalne ilości związków WWA (wielopierścieniowych węglowodorów aromatycznych). W przypadku ich wystąpienia, Wykonawca na własny koszt zorganizuje ich usunięcie wraz z transportem i utylizacją zgodnie z ustawą o odpadach. Szczegóły zawiera: Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiący załącznik nr 10 do SWZ, dokumentacja projektowa wraz ze specyfikacją techniczną wykonania i odbioru robót, przedmiary robót i kosztorys ofertowy, projekt budowlany, opracowania towarzyszące, decyzje oraz aktualizacje stanowiące załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
