Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na przebudowie z rozbudową istniejącego budynku browaru zlokalizowanego w Złotoryi przy Mickiewicza 4. W zakresie robót realizowanych na działkach dz. 156/2 obręb 0003 Złotoryja jako wynik całości robót budowlanych w zakresie budownictwa, który może samoistnie spełniać funkcję budynku mieszkalnego- usługowego zgodnie decyzją Starosty Złotoryjskiego nr 132/2024 z dnia 23.07.2024 o zatwierdzeniu projektu budowlanego i udzieleniu pozwolenia na budowę. Roboty budowlane polegające na przebudowie z rozbudową istniejącego budynku browaru zlokalizowanego w Złotoryi przy Mickiewicza 4, dz. 156/2 obręb 0003 Złotoryja. W ramach niniejszego zamówienia należy wykonać m.in: 49 lokali mieszkalnych (w tym 1 lokal dla NSP) o łącznej powierzchni mieszkalnej ok. 2.444,20 m2 , 2 lokale usługowe o powierzchni ok. 98,20m2 pomieszczenia przynależne (komórki gospodarcze) do danego lokalu mieszkalnego, pomieszczenia techniczne, gospodarcze i wspólnego użytku; garaż podziemny wielostanowiskowy wbudowany w obiekt o powierzchni ok.601,04 m2 , zagospodarowanie terenu wraz z nasadzeniami i elementami małej architektury.
