1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na wykonaniu zamówienia pn. „Rowerowe Roztocze. Drogi pieszo-rowerowe w obszarach miejskich - budowa drogi pieszo-rowerowej w miejscowości Janów Lubelski” obejmujące swym zakresem realizację zadania określonego w dokumentacji projektowej na rozbudowę drogi powiatowej nr 2808L Janów Lubelski (ul. Bialska) - Tokary - Huta Turobińska w zakresie budowy drogi pieszo-rowerowej w miejscowości Janów Lubelski. 2. Opis inwestycji: Zadanie pn. „Rozbudowa drogi powiatowej nr 2808L Janów Lubelski (ul. Bialska) - Tokary - Huta Turobińska w zakresie budowy drogi pieszo-rowerowej w miejscowości Janów Lubelski” obejmuje odcinek drogi powiatowej nr 2808L od ul. Ks. Skorupki do ul. Kamiennej. Zadanie obejmuje budowę drogi pieszo-rowerowej z kostki brukowej betonowej bez fazowej. Docelowa szerokość drogi pieszo-rowerowej będzie wynosić 2,50 - 3,00 m. Zamówienie przewiduje usunięcie kolizji z sieciami elektroenergetycznymi i telekomunikacyjnymi. Inwestycja położona jest w województwie lubelskim, powiecie janowski, gminie Janów Lubelski, miejscowości Janów Lubelski. Zakres robót obejmuje: 1) Branża drogowa a) roboty przygotowawcze b) roboty rozbiórkowe c) roboty ziemne d) podbudowy i nawierzchnie e) montaż płyt integracyjnych f) roboty wykończeniowe g) organizacja ruchu 2) branża elektroenergetyczna a) roboty demontażowe b) roboty montażowe - linie napowietrzne c) roboty montażowe - linie kablowe d) roboty montażowe - oświetlenie e) roboty montażowe - próby i badania pomontażowe 3) branża telekomunikacyjna a) kolizje i zabezpieczenia sieci ORANGE b) przebudowa i zabezpieczenie urządzeń - Światłowód Inwestycje 4) branża inżynierska - budowa ściany oporowej UWAGA: Zamawiający wymaga na oznakowanie poziome takiej samej gwarancji jak na pozostały zakres wykonanych robót budowlanych. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w dokumentacji projektowej stanowiącej Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ.
