Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane związane z przebudową budynku biurowego Urzędu Skarbowego w Krośnie przy ul. Składowej 5. Realizowane zadanie inwestycyjne obejmuje: przebudowę istniejącego budynku przy ul. Składowej 5 w Krośnie w zakresie robót ujętych pozwoleniem na budowę - decyzja nr 114/2024 z dn. 15.07.2024 r., rozbiórkę komina C.O. na działce nr ewid.383/7, zgodnie z pozwoleniem na rozbiórkę - decyzja nr 113/2024 z dnia 15.07.2024 r., zgodnie z opracowaną dokumentacją autorstwa mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda. Zakres gwarantowany zamówienia obejmuje: a) w ramach środków kwalifikowalnych: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; ocieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego; ocieplenie stropodachu pełnego; ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych przy gruncie; wykonanie izolacji przeciwwilgociowej; demontaż istniejącej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; montaż nowej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, zgodnie z wytycznymi audytu, w systemie „ciepłego montażu”; montaż czujników otwarcia okien; budowa instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno-wywiewnej z odzyskiem ciepła; montaż centrali wentylacyjnej na dachu; budowa systemu BMS; przebudowa kotłowni C.O. - demontaż starych kotłów wraz z instalacją kotłowni oraz montaż nowych kotłów kondensacyjnych zasilanych gazem ziemnym wraz z osprzętem oraz systemem odprowadzania spalin; wykonanie nowej instalacji C.O. z rur izolowanych wraz z montażem nowych grzejników wyposażonych w zawory termostatyczne; demontaż istniejących elementów klimatyzacji (jednostki zewnętrzne, wewnętrzne, okablowanie); montaż instalacji klimatyzacji; montaż jednostki zewnętrznej na dachu; modernizacja oświetlenia, w tym wymiana opraw na oprawy LED oraz wymiana okablowania; wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej; wykonanie nowego pokrycia dachowego (papa asfaltowa); roboty towarzyszące wykończeniowe (malarskie, tynkarskie, odtworzenia do stanu pierwotnego); roboty zewnętrzne związane z przedmiotem prac (demontaż, rozbiórka, ponowny montaż); montaż i odtworzenie instalacji odgromowej; rozbiórka komina; konstrukcja żelbetowa i odtworzenie muru oporowego; montaż balustrad ze stali nierdzewnej; montaż rynien i rur spustowych; montaż kratek wentylacyjnych. b) w ramach środków niekwalifikowalnych: montaż asekurantów na dachu.
