1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa przepompowni ścieków P61-1 wraz z przewodem tłocznym, siecią kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjnej, odcinkiem sieci wodociągowej oraz modernizacja przepompowni ścieków P61 przy ul. Poprzecznej w Żorach. Zakres rzeczowy zamówienia: ETAP I: Budowa przepompowni ścieków P61-1 wraz z przewodem tłocznym, siecią kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjnej oraz odcinkiem sieci wodociągowej przy ul. Poprzecznej w Żorach.1. Sieć wodociągowa PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 17 PN 10 DN/OD 90 [mm] - długość 12,00 [mb]; PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 17 PN 10 DN/OD 110 [mm] - długość 10,50 [mb]; 2. Sieć kanalizacji sanitarnej: PVC SN8 SDR34 DN/OD 200 [mm] - długość 61,0 [mb] w tym przejście pod rzeką ruda w rurze osłonowej PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 11 PN 16 DN/OD 400 [mm]. PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 17 PN 10 DN/OD 160 [mm] - długość 175,50 [mb]; w tym przejście pod istniejącym przepustem w rurze osłonowej PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 11 PN 16 DN/OD 280 [mm]. Przepompownia ścieków DN 2500 wraz z kompletnym wyposażeniem, infrastrukturą towarzyszącą oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu. Rzędne terenu istniejącego mogą odbiegać od rzędnych terenu w dokumentacji projektowej, w związku z tym należy dostosować rzędne góry studni oraz skrzynek zasuw do istniejącego terenu. ETAP II: Modernizacja przepompowni ścieków P61 przy ul. Poprzecznej w Żorach. 2. Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w załączonej do SWZ dokumentacji projektowej z pozwoleniem na budowę, specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest realizować przedmiot zamówienia zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami i wiedzą techniczną, określonymi m.in. ustawą z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane (tj. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 418 ze zm.) przy zachowaniu należytej staranności, właściwej organizacji pracy oraz zasad BHP.
