Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa: a) 30 szt. fabrycznie nowych pojazdów terenowych (specjalnych) w ramach zamówienia podstawowego, b) do 10 szt. fabrycznie nowych pojazdów terenowych (specjalnych) w ramach zamówienia objętego prawem opcji. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) zawierający wszystkie wymagania Zamawiającego stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 4. Wszystkie dostarczane pojazdy będą posiadać status pojazdu uprzywilejowanego w ruchu drogowym zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31.12.2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 502).
