Description

1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę Licencji na oprogramowanie biurowe (co najwyżej 5 000 sztuk) zgodnie z warunkami opisanym w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, przy czym Zamawiający samodzielnie zainstaluje i skonfiguruje zakupione oprogramowanie oraz dokona dystrybucji z wykorzystaniem posiadanych narzędzi. 2. Zamawiający wymaga dostawy bezterminowych Licencji na oprogramowanie biurowe na zasadach szczegółowo określonych w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). 3. Oferowane Produkty mają być produktami standardowymi - powszechnie dostępnymi na rynku (typu Commercial off-the-shelf - COTS). 4. Oferta nie może obejmować produktów, usług ani procesów ICT wskazanych w negatywnej rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4, ani określonych w decyzji o uznaniu dostawcy za dostawcę wysokiego ryzyka, o której mowa w art. 67b ust. 15 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, pod rygorem odrzucenia oferty na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 17 lub 19 ustawy Pzp. 5. Zamawiający zobowiązuje się do zakupu Produktów objętych zamówieniem za kwotę wynoszącą nie mniej niż 200 000, 00 zł brutto w całym okresie obowiązywania umowy (tj. do 15.12.2027 r.), a czas realizacji poszczególnych dostaw zamawianych produktów stanowi jedno z kryteriów oceny ofert. 6. Wykonawca wyłoniony w trakcie procedury udzielenia zamówienia publicznego zobowiązany jest do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi przez Zamawiającego. 7. Zgodnie z art. 61 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp w niniejszym postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia komunikacja między Zamawiającym a Wykonawcami odbywać się będzie przy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej tj. poprzez platformę zakupową pod adresem: https://kgsg.ezamawiajacy.pl
