Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) Dotyczy 1 części postępowania - „Dostawa 20 szt. samochodów terenowych”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) zawierający wszystkie wymagania Zamawiającego, w ramach części nr 1 postępowania, stanowi Załącznik nr 1a do SWZ. b) Dotyczy 2 części postępowania - „Dostawa 5 szt. samochodów terenowych z kojcami dla psów”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) zawierający wszystkie wymagania Zamawiającego, w ramach części nr 2 postępowania, stanowi Załącznik nr 1b do SWZ. 2. Wszystkie dostarczane pojazdy będą posiadać status pojazdu uprzywilejowanego w ruchu drogowym zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31.12.2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 502). 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 20 szt. samochodów terenowych. 2. Wszystkie dostarczane pojazdy będą posiadać status pojazdu uprzywilejowanego w ruchu drogowym zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31.12.2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 502). 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) zawierający wszystkie wymagania Zamawiającego, w ramach części nr 1 postępowania, stanowi Załącznik nr 1a do SWZ.; 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 5 szt. samochodów terenowych z kojcami dla psów. 2. Wszystkie dostarczane pojazdy będą posiadać status pojazdu uprzywilejowanego w ruchu drogowym zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31.12.2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 502). 3.
