Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa w formie długoterminowego (36 miesięcy) wynajmu trzech, maksymalnie 2-letnich (maksymalny przebieg ciągnika siodłowego 100.000 km) zestawów ciągników siodłowych z naczepami typu ruchoma podłoga. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie dostarczony do siedziby Zamawiającego: ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn. 3. Zestawy muszą być zarejestrowane, ubezpieczone (AC, OC, NW bez udziału własnego Zamawiającego wraz z usługą Assistance). 4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje wykupu zestawów po okresie najmu. 6. Termin realizacji zamówienia wynosi do 41 miesięcy licząc od daty wydania polecenia rozpoczęcia realizacji umowy, przy czym: 6.1. Termin dostawy dwóch ładowarek wynosi: do 5 miesięcy licząc od daty podpisania umowy, 6.2. Termin najmu wynosi: 36 miesięcy od protokolarnego przekazania zestawów lub do okresu, który odpowiada 255 000 km, dla każdego zestawu, w zależności, które zdarzenie nastąpi szybciej (dla każdego zestawu). 1.
