Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę fabrycznie nowego pojazdu do odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych typu śmieciarka o napędzie spalinowym z silnikiem wysokoprężnym EURO 6 lub równoważnym kategorii N3, jak również spełniającego wymagania techniczne określone w obowiązujących w Polsce przepisach dla pojazdów poruszających się po drogach publicznych, w tym warunki techniczne określone w ustawie z dnia 20.06.1997 r. Prawo o ruchu drogowym i aktach wykonawczych do tej ustawy. Pojazd w dniu odbioru musi być kompletny, sprawny dopuszczony do ruchu po drogach publicznych i gotowy do wykonywania zadań bez konieczności ponoszenia przez Zamawiającego dodatkowych nakładów, z wyjątkiem bieżących kosztów paliwa i materiałów eksploatacyjnych. Szczegółowy opis parametrów technicznych zawarty jest w Rozdziale C SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę fabrycznie nowego pojazdu do odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych typu śmieciarka o napędzie spalinowym(z silnikiem wysokoprężnym EURO 6 (lub równoważna) kategorii N3, jak również spełniającego wymagania techniczne określone w obowiązujących w Polsce przepisach dla pojazdów poruszających się po drogach publicznych, w tym warunki techniczne określone w ustawie z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r. Prawo o ruchu drogowym i aktach wykonawczych do tej ustawy. Pojazd w dniu odbioru musi być kompletny, sprawny, dopuszczony do ruchu po drogach publicznych w Polsce i gotowy do wykonywania zadań bez konieczności ponoszenia przez Zamawiającego dodatkowych nakładów, z wyjątkiem bieżących kosztów paliwa i materiałów eksploatacyjnych wyłączonych w SWZ. Szczegółowy opis parametrów technicznych, wyposażania, system monitoringu i gwarancji zawarty jest w Rozdziale C SWZ.
