Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa drobnego sprzętu laboratoryjnego i innych materiałów zużywalnych. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych, w podziale na 5 części. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8 Pzp. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa stanowiąca zał. nr 2 do SWZ oraz wzór umowy stanowiący zał. nr 4 do SWZ. Zamawiający oświadcza, iż będąc administratorem danych oraz mając na względzie przepisy ustawy z dnia 10.5.2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (dalej RODO) wdrożył środki bezpieczeństwa adekwatne do zidentyfikowanych przez siebie ryzyk oraz dające rękojmie należytego zabezpieczenia danych osobowych przekazywanych w ramach postępowania. Szczegółowa klauzula informacyjna z art. 13 RODO zawarta jest w SWZ. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa zał. nr 2 do SWZ oraz wzór umowy zał. nr 4 do SWZ.
