Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest subskrypcja pakietów usług komunikacyjnych, bezpieczeństwa, oprogramowania klienckiego i serwerowego systemu operacyjnego, standardowych pakietów usług platformowych oraz świadczenie usług Software Assurance dla posiadanych licencji oprogramowania Microsoft (dalej łącznie nazywanych Produktami) w ramach przedłużenia umowy Enterprise Agreement wraz z rozszerzeniem ich funkcji i dodatkowym wsparciem Wykonawcy. 2.Termin wykonania zamówienia: Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do zapewnienia subskrypcji pakietów oprogramowania oraz świadczenia dodatkowego wsparcia godzinowego, zgodnie z OPZ i Ofertą, na okres 36 miesięcy od dnia 01.01.2027 r., lub od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru, o którym mowa w ust. 3 Umowy, jeżeli Umowa zostanie podpisana później. Wykonawca dostarczy Zamawiającemu subskrypcje, klucze aktywacyjne (jeśli są wymagane) i wszystkie dokumenty konieczne do skorzystania z subskrypcji w terminie do 5 dni roboczych od daty zawarcia umowy. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji w zakresie rozszerzenia ilości subskrypcji. W ramach prawa opcji Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość zlecenia dostarczenia dodatkowych subskrypcji, wskazanych w Tabeli nr 2 OPZ jako prawo opcji (maksymalnie 200). 4.
