Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: - jednorazową dostawę i uruchomienie przedmiotu zamówienia, którego wymagane parametry techniczne określono w Załącznikach Nr 3 i 3.1 do SWZ, a także wszystkie inne czynności związane z wdrożeniem przedmiotu zamówienia - do 60 dni od daty podpisania umowy, - sprawdzenie kompletności przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sprawdzenie poprawności działania systemu Szpitala przed protokolarnym odbiorem kompletnego uruchomionego przedmiotu zamówienia w terminie uzgodnionym z Zamawiającym, - szkolenie 4 pracowników Działu Informatyki w siedzibie Zamawiającego w zakresie działania oraz konfiguracji uruchomionego przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym w zakresie działania oraz konfiguracji oprogramowania systemu, przed protokolarnym odbiorem kompletnego uruchomionego przedmiotu zamówienia w terminie wyznaczonym przez Zamawiającego w porozumieniu z Wykonawcą - szkolenie pracowników (użytkowników systemu) Zamawiającego oraz administratorów Zamawiającego w zakresie i terminie określonym w pkt.VII Załącznika Nr 3 do SWZ, - świadczenie opieki serwisowej wraz z nadzorem autorskim dla wszystkich przekazywanych licencji na zaoferowany system przez okres 36 miesięcy od daty protokolarnego odbioru kompletnego uruchomionego przedmiotu zamówienia, - pełną gwarancję na zaoferowany sprzęt w okresie minimum 24 miesięcy od dnia protokolarnego odbioru kompletnego uruchomionego przedmiotu zamówienia, - rękojmię na zaoferowany sprzęt: od dnia protokolarnego odbioru kompletnego uruchomionego przedmiotu zamówienia na zasadach i w terminie określonym w Kodeksie Cywilnym oraz umowie.
