1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oprogramowania, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do niniejszej specyfikacji. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na 8 części: Część nr 1 - Oprogramowanie do audytu środowiska ActiveDirectory dla 20 kontrolerów Część nr 2 - Oprogramowanie do obróbki plików multimedialnych i graficznych Część nr 3 - Narzędzie do repozytorium kodu źródłowego Część nr 4 - Narzędzie do śledzenia błędów oraz zarządzania projektem Część nr 5 - Oprogramowanie do zgłaszania i zarządzania problemami informatycznymi dla 15 techników Część nr 6 - Narzędzie do analizy jakości oraz bezpieczeństwa kodu Część nr 7 - Licencje do wirtualizacji stacji roboczych wraz z oprogramowaniem do zarządzania i monitorowania środowiska VDI oraz wsparciem technicznym Część nr 8 - Oprogramowanie klasy toolkit do testów penetracyjnych aplikacji webowych i API wraz z licencjami 3. Zamawiający przewiduje PRAWO OPCJI w zakresie pakietu nr 7 - dostawę dodatkowych 50 szt. licencji, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1.1. do specyfikacji - „Formularz cenowy” - z zasto-sowaniem PRAWA OPCJI z uwagi na fakt, że przy wszczęciu postępowania brak jest możli-wości określenia docelowej liczby użytkowników. Decyzja o realizacji lub rezygnacji z zamówienia opcjonalnego (opcji) jest wyłącznym uprawnieniem Zamawiającego. Zamówienie opcjonalne nie stanowi zobowiązania Zamawiającego do jego udzielenia, jak również nie stanowi podstawy do dochodzenia przez Wykonawcę roszczeń odszkodowawczych z tytułu niezrealizowania tego zamówienia opcjonalnego. Przedmiotowe prawo opcji może być realizowane przez Zamawiającego etapowo / częściowo / fragmentarycznie / sukcesywnie, przy czym może zostać zrealizowane nie później niż w okresie obowiązywania umowy w niniejszym postępowaniu. Po upływie tego terminu zastrzeżone prawo opcji (w zakresie, w jakim nie zostało uruchomione) wygasa, w związku z czym Zamawiający po upływie tego terminu nie może już z niego skorzystać. zgodnie ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ
