Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, dostawa niezbędnych odczynników i materiałów eksploatacyjnych wraz z dzierżawą analizatora POCT, homogenizatora oraz densytometru, dzierżawa systemu informatycznego nadzoru POCT, oraz obsługę serwisową, pogwarancyjną analizatorów będących własnością MSS w Ostrołęce w rodzaju i ilości zgodnej z Załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ i umowy - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy oraz z Załącznikiem nr 2 do SWZ i umowy - Zestawienie warunków parametrów granicznych, które stanowią integralną część SWZ. Dostawa odczynników, materiałów kontrolnych i części zużywalnych do 3 szt. analizatora parametrów krytycznych ABL 90 FLEX i analizatora AQT 90 FLEX wraz z dzierżawą analizatora parametrów krytycznych backup oraz systemem do nadzoru urządzeń POCT na okres 36 miesięcy w rodzaju i ilość zgodnej z załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ i umowy tj. Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy oraz z załącznikiem nr 2 do SWZ i umowy tj. Zestawienie warunków parametrów granicznych; Obsługa serwisowa, pogwarancyjna analizatorów będących własnością MSS w Ostrołęce w rodzaju i ilość zgodnej z załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ i umowy tj. Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy; Dzierżawa systemu do nadzoru POCT w rodzaju i ilość zgodnej z załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ i umowy tj.
