1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy odczynników i materiałów laboratoryjnych oraz elementów zamkniętego systemu pobierania krwi wraz z dzierżawą aparatów medycznych w podziale na 3 części zwane pakietami: Pakiet 1. Dostawa odczynników i materiałów eksploatacyjnych do badań parametrów krytycznych wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów. Pakiet 2. Dostawa podłoży i materiałów do badań bakteriologicznych. Pakiet 3. Zamknięty system pobierania krwi. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w zał. nr 2 do SWZ - tj. w Formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na dowolną ilość pakietów. Zamawiający zastrzega jednak składanie ofert przez Wykonawcę na całość asortymentu w danym Pakiecie. Okres realizacji zamówienia to 48 miesięcy od dnia rozpoczęcia jego realizacji. Rozpoczęcie realizacji zamówienia nastąpi po zawarciu umowy, lecz nie wcześniej niż od 28.10.2026 r.; Okres realizacji zamówienia to 36 miesięcy od dnia rozpoczęcia jego realizacji. Rozpoczęcie realizacji zamówienia nastąpi po zawarciu umowy, lecz nie wcześniej niż od 19.02.2027 r.; Okres realizacji zamówienia to 36 miesięcy od dnia rozpoczęcia jego realizacji.
