Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wraz z dostawą materiałów i odczynników do wytworzenia 18F -FDG i 18F -PSMA 1007 oraz dzierżawa wyposażenia do kontroli jakości radiofarmaceutyków 18F -FDG i 18F -PSMA 1007 wraz z zestawem niezbędnych materiałów i odczynników dla Zakładu Medycyny Nuklearnej z Ośrodkiem PET Świętokrzyskiego Centrum Onkologii w Kielcach. Przedmiot zamówienia jest podzielony na następujące części: Pakiet nr 1 - Zakup materiałów i odczynników do wytworzenia 18F -FDG. Pakiet nr 2 - Dzierżawa wyposażenia do kontroli jakości radiofarmaceutyków 18F -FDG wraz z zestawem niezbędnych materiałów i odczynników. Pakiet nr 3 - Zakup materiałów i odczynników do wytworzenia 18F -PSMA-1007 Pakiet nr 4 - Dzierżawa wyposażenia do kontroli jakości radiofarmaceutyków 18F -PSMA1007 wraz z zestawem niezbędnych materiałów i odczynników.
