1. Przedmiotem zamówienia niniejszego postępowania przetargowego jest dostawa odczynników, materiałów kontrolnych i zużywalnych (zwanych dalej towarem) z dzierżawą aparatu do elektroforezy białek i urządzeń dodatkowych - komputera PC, drukarki laserowej i UPS oraz 4 pipet automatycznych (zwanych dalej przedmiotem dzierżawy), zgodnych z asortymentem i ilościami określonymi w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, zgodnie z Formularzem Oferty, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ i Parametrami technicznymi stanowiącymi zał. 1a do SWZ. 2. Zgodnie z art. 139 Ustawy, Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta zostanie najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 3. Zamawiający nie przewiduje przeprowadzenia przez Wykonawcę wizji lokalnej.
