Description

Przedmiot zamówienia: Zamiarem Zamawiającego jest, aby Wykonawca - Inspektor Nadzoru Inwestorskiego działał przy realizacji inwestycji w jego imieniu. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na sprawowaniu obowiązków inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego dla zadania pn. „Budowa instalacji termicznego przetwarzania odpadów na terenie ZZO Nowy Dwór” (dalej jako Projekt), zgodnie wytycznymi Programu Modernizacyjnego, zawartymi umowami o dofinansowanie w formie dotacji i pożyczki nr 333/2025/Wn11/OZ-up-FM/D i nr 334/2025/Wn11/OZ-up-FM/P oraz wymaganiami Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej w Warszawie pełniącego funkcję Krajowego Operatora Funduszu Modernizacyjnego w okresie realizacji przez Zamawiającego w/w przedsięwzięcia. W ramach zadania inwestycyjnego Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o. planuje budowę hali technologicznej z instalacją termicznego przetwarzania odpadów balastowych powstałych po sortowaniu oraz odpadów nienadających się do recyklingu wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą towarzyszącą, instalacjami i urządzeniami. Inwestycja będzie realizowana na nieruchomości sąsiadującej z Zakładem, o powierzchni 14,98 ha. Inwestycja zakłada budowę instalacji termicznej o wydajności 17 300 Mg/rok. Moc instalacji w wysokosprawnej kogeneracji: 6,1 MW w tym moc cieplna 4,8 MWt i mocy elektrycznej 1,3 MWe. Łączna szacunkowa wartość zadań objętych nadzorem wynosi: ok. 140 mln zł brutto. Planowany termin zakończenia zadania inwestycyjnego w ramach Projektu: 1100 dni od podpisania umowy
