1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa mikroskopów określonych w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający n dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych: Część A: mikroskop stereoskopowy z wyposażeniem - 1 szt. Część B: mikroskop - 1 szt. 2) Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: zakup i dostarczenie urządzenia do siedziby zamawiającego wraz z rozładunkiem, wniesieniem do miejsca wskazanego przez zamawiającego. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany zapewnić bezpłatny serwis gwarancyjny urządzenia. W zakresie części B- Zakres zamówienia obejmuje również instalację i uruchomienie urządzenia, a także szkolenie z teorii, użytkowania i obsługi urządzenia, dla min. 1 osoby, po instalacji i uruchomieniu urządzenia, w terminie i miejscu wskazanym przez zamawiającego). 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią załączniki nr 2A-B do SWZ. 4) Termin realizacji zamówienia: do 30 dni od daty zawarcia umowy. 5)Adres dostawy: Część A: Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach, Instytut Biologii, Biotechnologii i Ochrony Środowiska, ul. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany zapewnić bezpłatny serwis gwarancyjny sprzętu. 2) Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: zakup i dostarczenie urządzenia do siedziby zamawiającego wraz z rozładunkiem, wniesieniem do miejsca wskazanego przez zamawiającego.
