1. Zadanie obejmuje zakup, dostawę i montaż mebli, urządzeń oraz materiałów edukacyjnych i zabawowych dla żłobka, który zostanie oddany do użytkowania w roku 2026 przy Publicznej Szkole Podstawowej nr 7 w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim, ul. Akademicka 20. W części budynku przeznaczonej pod żłobek trwają obecnie roboty budowlane. Generalnym Wykonawcą wykonywanych robót budowlanych w ramach zadania „Utworzenie żłobka miejskiego w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim” na ww. obiekcie jest firma Sell Bud Inwest Sp. z o.o., ul. Wincentego Witosa 65, 25 - 561 Kielce. Dokumentacja projektowa będącego w trakcie realizacji przebudowy istniejącego budynku Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 7 w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim, ul. Akademicka 20 z przeznaczeniem na żłobek znajduje się pod adresem https://download.um.ostrowiec.pl/zalacznik_nr_4a_do_SWZ.zip Wykonawca z tytułu należytej realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia jest zobowiązany do: dostawy, montażu wyposażenia do obiektu wraz z szkoleniem z obsługi w przypadku urządzeń elektronicznych przedstawicieli Zamawiającego, przygotowaniem dokumentacji powykonawczej niezbędnej do dokonania odbioru wraz z wszelkimi kosztami, jakie poniesie w szczególności z kosztami: dostarczenia, załadunku, rozładunku, wypakowania sprzętu montażu i sprawdzenia funkcjonalności sprzętu (pierwsze uruchomienie), utrzymania gwarancji jakości na dostarczony towar w okresie rękojmi. 2. Wykonawca jest obowiązany zapewnić (w tym zabezpieczyć) wszelkie niezbędne materiały konieczne do montażu urządzeń. 3. Zadanie jest podzielone na trzy części: a) I część zamówienia będzie obejmować dostawę i montaż wyposażenia biuroweg i sprzętu elektronicznego; b) II część obejmuje dostawę i montaż drobnego sprzętu AGD i ogrodniczego; c) III część obejmuje dostawę i montaż mebli oraz materiałów edukacyjnych i zabawowych. Dalej - zgodnie z SWZ. a) I część zamówienia będzie obejmować dostawę i montaż wyposażenia biurowego i sprzętu elektronicznego;; b) II część obejmuje dostawę i montaż drobnego sprzętu AGD i ogrodniczego;; c) III część obejmuje dostawę i montaż mebli oraz materiałów edukacyjnych i zabawowych.
