Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych i powiatowych w granicach administracyjnych miasta Ostrowca Świętokrzyskiego w sezonie 2026/2027: a. zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych I kolejność utrzymania o długości 89 559 mb, wg załącznika Nr 2, b. zimowe utrzymanie jezdni dróg gminnych II kolejność utrzymania o długości 79 745 mb, wg załącznika Nr 3, c. zimowe utrzymanie jezdni dróg powiatowych w granicach administracyjnych miasta Ostrowca Świętokrzyskiego I kolejność utrzymania o długości 39 345 mb, wg załącznika Nr 4. d. jednorazowe sprzątanie ulic po akcji zimowej: i. drogi gminne w pierwszej kolejności zamiatania po zimie o długości 79 976 mb wg załącznika Nr 5, ii. drogi gminne w drugiej kolejności zamiatania po zimie o długości 41 008 mb wg załącznika Nr 6, iii. drogi powiatowe w granicach administracyjnych miasta Ostrowca Świętokrzyskiego zamiatane po zimie o długości 39 345 mb wg załącznika Nr 7. Ww. załączniki są załącznikami do umowy i zostały umieszczone w załączniku nr 2a do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza maksymalny czas podstawienia sprzętu do 90 minut. Zamawiający jest zainteresowany jak najkrótszym czasem podstawienia sprzętu, co znajduje odzwierciedlenie w systemie naliczania kar umownych za przekroczenie zaoferowanego pułapu czasowego oraz w doborze kryteriów oceny oferty. W przypadku zaoferowania dłuższego niż 90 minut lub niewskazania czasu podstawienia sprzętu - oferta zostanie odrzucona. Dalej zgodnie z SWZ.
