Cichej 1, 58-200 Dzierżoniów. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w załączniku nr 1A do SWZ - formularze asortymentowo-cenowe oraz podzielony na części, w których przedstawiono prognozowane zużycie na okres 12 miesięcy. 3. Liczba części: 52 Części z możliwością składania ofert częściowych na każdą część oddzielnie Materiały medyczne - szczegółowy opis zawiera załącznik nr 1A do SWZ; Zestawy infuzyjne do pompy - szczegółowy opis zawiera załącznik nr 1A do SWZ; Taśmy podcewkowe - szczegółowy opis zawiera załącznik nr 1A do SWZ; Zestawy próżniowe do pobierania krwi wraz ze strzykawkami do pobrań krwi tętniczej - szczegółowy opis zawiera załącznik nr 1A do SWZ
