Przedmiot zamówienia podzielono na 2 (dwie) części osobno oceniane. 2. Krótki opis przedmiotu zamówienia: Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (część 1-2). Zamawiający wymaga, by oferowane produkty spełniały wymogi zawarte w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (część 1-2) i były dopuszczone do obrotu na terytorium Polski. W przypadku przywołania nazw własnych w opisie drobnego sprzętu laboratoryjnego w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (część 1-2), zgodnie z art. 99 ust. 5 i 6 Pzp, Zamawiający dopuszcza zaoferowanie produktów równoważnych. Przez produkt równoważny do wskazanego w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (część 1-2), Zamawiający rozumie produkt, zgodny z opisem podanym w kolumnie "Nazwa" Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (część 1-2) do SWZ i o parametrach nie gorszych niż dla produktu referencyjnego, spełniające co najmniej wszystkie wymagane parametry techniczne, funkcjonalne i jakościowe określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Wskazane w tabeli Formularza asortymentowo-cenowego Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (część 1-2) numery katalogowe mają charakter wyłącznie przykładowy (referencyjny) i służą doprecyzowaniu przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Zamawiający podaje kwotę, jaką zamierza przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia, która wynosi brutto: dla części 1 917 262,17 zł dla części 2 260 637,00 zł 1.
