Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ambulansów specjalistycznych (typu A i typu B) - 2 szt. dla Mazowieckiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego Sp. z o.o. w Radomiu. Zamówienie składa się z 2 części. Zaoferowany sprzęt medyczny jako wyposażenie ambulansu musi spełniać wymagania oraz być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022r. o wyrobach medycznych. Dla wyrobów nie sklasyfikowanych jako wyrób medyczny i zgodnie z dyrektywami europejskimi i ustawą o wyrobach medycznych nie jest objęty deklaracjami zgodności i nie podlega żadnemu wpisowi do rejestru Zamawiający wymaga złożenia stosownego oświadczenia . Przedmiot dostawy musi spełniać warunki określone: a) w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31 grudnia 2002r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia b) w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 3 grudnia 2025 r. w sprawie oznaczenia systemu Państwowe Ratownictwo Medyczne oraz wymagań w zakresie umundurowania członków zespołów ratownictwa medycznego. c) w normach PN EN1789+A2:2015 (w zakresie ambulansu typu A2) i PN EN 1865 - Pojazd fabrycznie nowy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1-2 oraz A i B do projektowanych postanowień umowy dostawy. Przedmiotem zamówienia ambulansów specjalistycznych - 2 szt dla Mazowieckiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego Sp. z o.o. w Radomiu. Zamówienie składa się z 2 części. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach zawartych w projektowanych postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści tej umowy i określone zostały w załączniku nr 1 - 2 oraz A-B do SWZ.
