Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa implantów ortopedycznych. Przez wyroby medyczne, stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia należy rozumieć wyroby medyczne w rozumieniu ustawy o wyrobach medycznych z 7 kwietnia 2022 r. Zaoferowane wyroby medyczne muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu i używania na terenie Polski na zasadach określonych w ustawie o wyrobach medycznych.
