Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy implantów stosowanych w korekcji deformacji kręgosłupa oraz w leczeniu operacyjnym urazów kregosłupa do Uniwersyteckiego Dziecięcego Szpitala Klinicznego im. L. Zamenhofa w Białymstoku, ul. J. Waszyngtona 17, zwanego dalej Zamawiającym. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia został opisany w Formularzu Ofertowym - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ 1. Kompleksowy system do leczenia skolioz wczesnodziecięcych, oparty na prętach magnetycznych z wewnętrznym mechanizmem wzrostowym i przezskórną kontrolą wydłużenia z opcją neuromonitoringu oraz śródoperacyjnej kontroli balansu strzałkowego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załaczniku nr 1 do SWZ.; 1. System śrub transpedikularnych - ŚRUBY WYCIĄGOWE.
