Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający prowadzi niniejsze postępowanie na rzecz następujących szkół i placówek oświatowych w dzielnicy Białołęka m.st. Warszawy: 1) Przedszkole z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 65 „Tarchominek” 2) Przedszkole nr 192 „Wesoły Pędzelek” 3) Przedszkole z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 226 Małego Europejczyka 4) Przedszkole z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 430 5) Szkoła Podstawowa nr 118 im. Przyjaciół Mazowsza 6) Szkoła Podstawowa nr 314 im. Przyjaciół Ziemi 7) Szkoła Podstawowa z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 342 im. Jana Marcina Szancera 8) Szkoła Podstawowa z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 344 im. Powstania Warszawskiego 9) Szkoła Podstawowa nr 355 10) Liceum Ogólnokształcące nr 105 im. Herberta. 3. Każda z w/w placówek oświatowych Dzielnicy Białołęka m.st. Warszawy podpisze swoją własną umowę z Wykonawcą, zgodnie ze wzorem umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
