Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Państwowego Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych (PFRON), lokalizacja Warszawa, dalej jako „Przedmiot Umowy” lub „Przedmiot Zamówienia”. 2. Prognozowany wolumen energii elektrycznej (w MWh) oraz liczba punktów poboru energii (PPE) zostały określone w szczegółowym wykaz stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Wykaz ten zawiera zestawienie PPE wraz z przypisanym do nich prognozowanym zużyciem energii elektrycznej w okresie realizacji umowy. Punkty poboru energii objęte zamówieniem zlokalizowane są na obszarze działania Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. Podana wielość wolumenu energii elektrycznej ma charakter szacunkowy i służy wyłącznie do porównania ofert. Nie stanowi ona zobowiązania Zamawiającego do zakupu energii w wskazanej ilości. Wykonawcy nie przysługują jakiekolwiek roszczenia z tytułu niezakupienia przez Zamawiającego prognozowanej ilości energii. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmniejszenia lub zwiększenia łącznego wolumenu energii elektrycznej względem ilości określonej w treści Załącznika nr 1 do SWZ, w zależności od rzeczywistego zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną. Szczegółowe zasady w tym zakresie zostały określone w projektowanych postanowieniach Umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści Umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ dalej jako „PPU”. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i sposób jego realizacji zawarty jest w wykazie stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (dalej jako „Wykaz”) oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach Umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści Umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
