1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przeprowadzenie badania pn. „Ewaluacja funkcjonowania BUR i systemu usług rozwojowych EFS oraz działań na rzecz zapewnienia jakości usług świadczonych w BUR (Część I oraz Część II)”. w zakresie Części I Głównym celem badania jest ocena funkcjonującego modelu wsparcia EFS realizowanego za pośrednictwem BUR przeznaczonego dla przedsiębiorców, pracowników przedsiębiorstw oraz osób fizycznych. Wynikiem ewaluacji będą rekomendacje, które będą mogły zostać wykorzystane przez IZ FERS, IP FERS (PARP) oraz IP regionalne do usprawnień funkcjonowania BUR w ekosystemie wsparcia EFS, jak i systemu EFS. w zakresie Części II Głównym celem badania jest ocena trafności, skuteczności i użyteczności wsparcia PARP w ramach działań FERS 2021-2027 - „Podniesienie kompetencji kadr Podmiotów BUR” oraz „Usługi rozwojowe 4.0”. 2. Termin wykonania zamówienia: 2025-2026 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia ¬(OPZ) stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
