Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1. dostawa 6 szt. autobusów elektrycznych 12-metrowych - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 2a do SWZ, 2. dostawa 4 szt. autobusów elektrycznych 18-metrowych - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 2b do SWZ, 3. dostawa, montaż, podłączenie do sieci energetycznej infrastruktury do ładowania autobusów elektrycznych w tym: 5 szt. stacji ładowania zajezdniowego, każda o mocy min. 2 x 75kW - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 2c do SWZ, 4. dostawa 56 szt. naklejek promocyjnych, w tym 40 szt. naklejek lewoczytelnych i 16 szt. naklejek prawoczytelnych. Zadanie planowane jest do realizacji w ramach projektu: „Zakup autobusów elektrycznych wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą do ich obsługi - etap III” w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko (FEnIKS 2021-2027), działanie FENX.03.01 - Transport miejski (autobusy, trolejbusy). Zamawiającemu przysługuje prawo do unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, z programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko (FEnIKS 2021-2027), działanie FENX.03.01 - Transport miejski (autobusy, trolejbusy), w następstwie złożonego w trybie konkursowym wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu pn.: „Zakup autobusów elektrycznych wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą do ich obsługi - etap III”, nie zostały mu przyznane. Terminy wykonania zamówienia: 1) w zakresie dostawy 10 szt. autobusów: do 420 dni od daty zawarcia umowy; 2) w zakresie dostawy 5 szt. ładowarek zajezdniowych: do 390 dni od daty zawarcia umowy; 3) w zakresie dostawy 56 szt. naklejek promocyjnych: do 420 dni od daty zawarcia umowy. Ilekroć w dokumentach zamówienia przywołane są normy, znaki towarowe, patenty należy je rozumieć jako określenie pewnych parametrów technicznych lub standardów jakościowych w zakresie których Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne.
