Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie aparatu RTG stacjonarnego z funkcją fluoroskopii w asortymencie i ilości wyszczególnionej w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo - cenowym wraz z adaptacją pomieszczeń Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Białymstoku wraz z niezbędnym do uruchomienia oprogramowaniem, transportem i wniesieniem do wskazanego przez Zamawiającego pomieszczenia oraz instalacją i przeszkoleniem personelu medycznego i technicznego.
