1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa testów autoimmunologicznych do oznaczania przeciwciał przeciwko antygenom wraz z dzierżawą analizatora na potrzeby Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Białymstoku. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte są w załącznikach: a) Formularz Szczegółowy Oferty (opis przedmiotu zamówienia) - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; b) Projekt umowy (warunki realizacji zamówienia) - Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa testów autoimmunologicznych do oznaczania przeciwciał przeciwko antygenom wraz z dzierżawą analizatora, w ilości, asortymencie oraz parametrach określonych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz Szczegółowy Oferty.
