Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa albumin, immunoglobulin, produktów leczniczych dla układu sercowo-naczyniowego, produktów leczniczych dla krwi, organów krwiotwórczych oraz układu krążenia, produktów leczniczych dla przewodu pokarmowego i metabolizmu, środków immunosupresyjnych, różnych produktów leczniczych (w tym produktów stosowanych w ramach programów lekowych) oraz środków antywirusowych do użytku ogólnoustrojowego dla SPWSZ w Szczecinie. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
