Frontex intends to establish framework contracts for car rental passenger transportation services across several countries, divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers Bulgaria, Lot 2 covers Greece and Cyprus, and Lot 3 covers Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. Services include small transportation cars with at least four seats, transportation cars with at least five seats, and minivans, provided as geographically clustered, high-quality services. The buyer is Frontex. One framework contract will be concluded per lot.
