The Vienna Healthcare Group is conducting a market consultation for the project 'Digital Patient Journey' under Section 24 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018. Potential bidders are invited to contribute proposals on project implementation ahead of a future procurement procedure. The project aims to introduce a digitally supported patient journey at Klinik Favoriten, with long-term potential to roll out across the whole Vienna Healthcare Group by networking existing systems into an end-to-end, user-friendly and secure solution. It covers four service components: frontend and user experience (web and app), workflow and process control, interfaces and integration of existing systems, and architecture, hosting and operation. Documents are available on the Vienna procurement portal or by email.
