Description

Die Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Campus Wien (HCW) (kurz „HCW“) schreibt die Einführung und den Betrieb eines integrierten Controlling-, Planungs- und Reporting-Systems als Software-as-a-Service-Lösung für die HCW und ihre verbundenen Gesellschaften aus. Die Lösung soll das bestehende Controlling-System ablösen und Finanz-, Personal- und Projektcontrolling, mehrjährige Budgetierung, Forecast und Simulation sowie das Management-Reporting auf einer einheitlichen, nachvollziehbaren Datenbasis zusammenführen. Wesentlich sind die automatisierte Anbindung der bestehenden Vorsysteme (insbesondere BMD, REXX, DOXIS, LEAP und HCW-Portal), die Verteilung und Planung der Personalkosten auf Ebene einzelner Mitarbeiter:innen, ein arbeitsteiliger Planungsprozess mit rund 200 dezentral Planenden sowie eine Self-Service-Reporting-Landschaft auf Basis von Power BI. Die Power BI-Lizensierung wird durch die HCW beigestellt. Die Umsetzung ist für 2027 vorgesehen, der Go-Live ab 2028. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst neben der Implementierung auch Betrieb, Support, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Lösung über eine aus heutiger Sicht mehrjährige Vertragslaufzeit. Ziel des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens ist daher der Abschluss eines „Vertrages über ein Controlling-, Planungs- und Reporting-System“ (kurz „Leistungsvertrag“) zwischen der HCW einerseits und der:dem im gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahren bestgereihten Bieter:in andererseits.
