Строк поставки Товару: до 20.12.2026 р. однією партією, зазначеними в заявці Покупця. Заявка направляється в телефонному або письмовому режимах. Заявка направляється Продавцю не пізніше 10 робочих днів від граничного терміну поставки. Допускається дострокова поставка Товару за погодженням Сторін. Доставка товару проводиться транспортом Продавця протягом 3 діб з дати отримання заявки Продавцем за адресою, визначеною заявкою покупця у (м. Миколаїв). Доставка Продавцем Товару, та пересилка всіх документів входить в суму до вартості Товару.. Відповідно до ст.692 Цивільного кодексу України оплата Товару, що поставляється, здійснюється лише після її фактичного отримання Покупцем та на підставі належно оформлених документів а саме видаткової накладної Продавця. Оплата Товару здійснюється Покупцем, протягом 30-ти календарних днів, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця.
