Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями на підставі заявки Покупця в строк не пізніше 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати одержання відповідної заявки від Покупця у робочі дні з 08:00 до 15:00 години, окрім п’ятниці, суботи та неділі. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Покупцем залежно від фактичної потреби. Під партією Товару за цим Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Покупця.Тара та упаковка товару повинні бути чистими, сухими, без стороннього запаху й порушення цілісності, відповідати діючому санітарно-епідеміологічному законодавству, містити термін та умови придатності харчових продуктів. Товар не повинен містити генетично модифіковані організми (ГМО), що обов’язково відображається на етикетці маркуванням «без ГМО». Зазначений Товар не повинний бути товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації / Республіки Білорусь / Ісламської Республіки Іран.
