Постачальник зобов’язується передати Покупцю Товар, на який встановлено строк придатності, з таким розрахунком, щоб він міг бути використаний за призначенням до спливу цього строку. Залишковий термін зберігання отриманого Товару має бути не менше 90 % загального терміну придатності. Строк обчислюється з дати передачі Товару Покупцю та підписання видаткової накладної. Поставка Товару здійснюється у робочі дні з 08:00 до 15:00 години, окрім п’ятниці, суботи та неділі Зазначений Товар не повинний бути товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації / Республіки Білорусь / Ісламської Республіки Іран.
