Залишковий термін зберігання отриманого товару, що є предметом даної закупівлі, має бути не менше 80% від загального терміну придатності. Товар поставляється з 08:00 до 14:00 години, в кількості відповідно до заявки Замовника. Порушення термінів поставки спричинить розірвання договору в односторонньому порядку. Строк (термін) поставки товару: з дати підписання до 31.12.2026 року. Поставка товару здійснюється за адресою: Україна, 79035, Львівська обл., місто Львів, вул. Зелена 204Б, приміщення 64. Поставка товару здійснюється транспортом учасника переможця (транспортом з дотриманням санітарно-гігієнічних умов зберігання та перевезення товару).При постачанні товару постачальник надає копії документу (документів), що засвідчує якість та безпечність харчової продукції. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний в Договорі, на підставі видаткової накладної за поставлений товар та наданого рахунку на оплату товару, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником вище зазначених документів. У випадку затримки оплати Покупцем як бюджетною установою (відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку), Покупець зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого Постачальником товару протягом 15-ти банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів на рахунок.
