The buyer, the Regionalverband Ruhr, is seeking object planning services (design phases LP 5-8) for section 3 of the 1st construction phase of the Hoesch-Hafenbahn-Weg (HHW), formerly the Gartenstadtradweg cycle path in Dortmund. The services cover outdoor facilities and engineering structures under HOAI 2021, plus a special service under Annex 12 to HOAI section 43. A detailed specification will follow with the request for offers. Interested firms must submit the completed application form of the Regionalverband Ruhr by 20.08.2025; it can be downloaded at www.vergabe.rvr.ruhr. Expressing interest does not create a binding right to participate, and the buyer may limit the number of participants. NRW tariff compliance and minimum working conditions rules apply.
