Formålet med Rammeavtalen er å dekke Kundens løpende behov for eksterne rekrutteringstjenester. Gjennom Rammeavtalen skal Kunden sikres tilgang til en leverandør som kan bistå med strukturerte, effektive og etterprøvbare rekrutteringsprosesser innenfor ulike stillingskategorier: Stillingskategori 3 - volumrekruttering og Stillingskategori 2 - fagstillinger og mellomlederstillinger på nivå 4 eller lavere. Rammeavtalen er inndelt i følgende moduler: - Modul 1: Stillingskategori 3 - Volumrekruttering - Modul 2: Stillingskategori 2 - Fagstillinger og mellomleder nivå 4 eller lavere Kunden skal inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør per modul.
