Description

Trøndelag county, in cooperation with the municipal task fellowship Innherred procurements, invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a coming procurement of future orientated and user friendly systems for the execution of tender and tender competitions - for the entire expanded workflow - from need arises until the contract is concluded. The system shall contribute to increased efficiency in the work and to reduce the organisation ́s use of resources in procurement processes and contract follow-up. This market dialogue will set up 1-to-1 meetings with interested suppliers where they can present their solution, and that the supplier gives written feedback on the contracting authority ́s topics in the dialogue and proposed system requirements. Registration for 1-to-1 meetings will be made by direct contact with the contracting authority here in Mercell: Tuesday 20 January, 09:00-11:00Onday 21 January, 09:00-11:00 - BOOKET Thursday 22 January, 09:00-11:00 On Wednesday 28 January. 12:30-14:30 - BOOKET Thursday 29 January, 09:00-11:00 - BOOKETTime deadline for submitting the subsequent written feedback is Monday 9 February, 23:59.The actual procurement is planned to be carried out during the first half of 2026, implementation in the second half of 2026. Emphasis is put on the fact that the stated time frame for the procurement itself is tentative. Invitations will be sent for participation in both the market dialogue and the procurement for all municipalities in Trøndelag.
