Description

The University of South East Norway (USN) has decided to re-announce the competition as a result of technical challenges related to a change of the qualification deadline during Easter week. THE USN has chosen to republish to ensure compliance with the public procurement regulations and safeguard equal treatment and predictability in the procurement process. The competition is identical to the previous notice (24/17637), with the exception of an updated qualification deadline, which is now set at 30.05.2025.; The University of South East Norway (USN) uses a publication system for the development of its web sites and intranet. We are now reviewing our total ICT portfolio and would like to spend some time getting an overall system that includes our publication system. In a transitional phase we would like to enter into a framework agreement for maintaining functionality and the necessary development/adaptation based on the current system up until 2027. The system we currently have is a main domain and several subdomains for their public websites. In addition an intranet has been established for students and employees. See the attached description of the current system. We would like to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier who delivers licences and development in the period as well as implementation and necessary adaptations to existing systems. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
