Description
FRID IKS is facing a modernisation of the User Support Service we provide to the counties. Modernising user support is necessary in order to meet user expectations, exploit technological possibilities and reduce costs. The current situation with fragmented support must be developed to a more streamlined, user orientated and sustainable model. The preliminary project "Future User Support" is tasked with justifying, examining and suggesting this change.
