Skien municipality shall procure a new EPJ system for emergency doctor surgery and abuse reception (part 1) and a municipal medical centre and the prison health service (part 2). The system shall cover the entire spectrum of assignments. The competition will be established in two parts, where the tenderers can choose to deliver one or two parts.
