Contract signing and deadlines The contract will at the earliest be signed after the expiry of 10 days calculated from the day after the date of this notice. Any objections to the contract must be submitted in writing by email to stian.krogstad@nyeveier.no [stian.krogstad@nyeveier.no] [stian.krogstad@nyeveier.no [stian.krogstad@nyeveier.no]] at the latest 10 calendar days from the notice date. Legal requirement: Foa § 13-4 b) no. 2: The procurement concerns services that only a specific supplier can deliver because competition is impossible for technical reasons. Omega 365 Solutions AS is the only supplier in the market who can provide this service on its system.
