ReMidt IKS shall establish a dynamic purchasing system for consultancy services in all disciplines in the building and construction sector. Here is a description of the most used services that come under the scheme, but it is emphasised that it is not exhaustive and that all disciplines related to the building and construction sector come under the procurement scheme. Municipal engineering, including roads, water, sewage, sanitation, area planning/regulation and all natural accompanying tradeSRIG: GeotechnicsHydrologiRIB: Construction EngineeringRiBFY: Building physicsRIVVS: Ventilation, heating, sanitationRIE: ElectroRIBr: BrannRIAUT: AutomationARK: Architect servicesIARK: Interior architectLARK: Landscape architect General construction and project management, ENERGY consultancyRIAKU: AcousticSITB coordinator BIM-coordinator Independent controlSHA, KP, kuordningen will have a duration of 4 years, but The contracting authority can extend the duration of the scheme. The estimated annual extent is NOK 3 million per annum, excluding VAT. The maximum extent for the dynamic purchasing system is NOK 24 million excluding VAT.
